Beacon K9 Dog Training was created to appeal to any and all dogs. We want all of our clients to feel at home when they train with us. Our training is tailored to your dog and your specific needs. We want to work with you to help create your ideal family pet! Our goal here is to spend a few sessions at our facility to get a solid foundation but then really focus on training out in the wild in the areas where you want your dog to be good! We want training to be fun for both you and your dog.

Taylor’s love for dogs started when she was 9 years old with her first dog, Durango, who she trained all by herself. Many years later after attending Columbia University to play basketball, she found herself training her dog Renley and then completing an 1000 hour Train The Trainer Program. She then worked as a professional dog trainer for the next 2.5 years. Beacon K9 Dog Training was then created with the intention to create a more inclusive dog training environment and philosophy. Because training dogs is not a “one size fits all” industry.
